The Rowley Shoals is made up of three untouched coral atolls lying 340 kilometers west of Broome. As a protected marine conservation park it is home to a wide variety of corals, fish, mollusks and other invertebrates, some of which are unique to Australia. Mackerel Islands Diving and Snorkelling
Located just off Onslow, the Mackerel Islands and surrounding reef system links the Ningaloo Reef in the south to the Montebello Islands in the north. The area is teeming with pelagic and reef fish, including the endangered grey nurse shark and the majestic whale shark.
