Cancellation Policy
If you have made your booking online, you can cancel or modify your booking dates up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Click on the ‘here’ link in your booking confirmation email and quote your booking confirmation number when prompted.
* The following applies for cancellations within 48 hours:
* Cancellation within 48 hours will incur the cost of the first nights’ accommodation.
* Same day cancellations or ‘No Show’ will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.
* No refunds will be issued upon arrival, or once your stay has commenced.
* No refunds for bookings made during Broome Race Round 2020. Please check your dates.
