Kooljaman at Cape Leveque is a wilderness camp surrounded by a diversity of natural wonders. The nearby communities of Djarindjin and Ardyaloon (One Arm Point) jointly own Kooljaman, making it Proudly 100% Indigenous Owned. They have developed the camp in line with the community’s aspirations and their inherent knowledge of the land.
Enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds of the area, including our swimming beach and sunset beach. Kooljaman also offer a range of unique Aboriginal tours including boat and fishing adventures. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at Raugi's Restaurant, or coffee and snacks at Dinka's Cafe, where you'll also find beach hire equipment.
Kooljaman at Cape Leveque is 220km north of Broome via the iconic Cape Leveque Road.

Deluxe Safari Tent
Pop Louie is specifically designed for couples. Relax on your spacious balcony as you watch the sun set over red pindan cliffs; sacred to the local Aboriginal people. Between July and October, keep an eye out for whales breaching just a couple of hundred metres from the shoreline.
A king size bed will ensure you are well rested. A comfortable couch, private bathroom, fridge/freezer, all cooking equipment and linen are provided.

Family Safari Tent
A wonderful option for families. Relax on your spacious balcony as you enjoy panoramic ocean views and cook up a storm on the BBQ. Located within seconds’ walk to the Cape Leveque Lighthouse and the historic boardwalk, our Safari Tents are designed to give a no-fuss upgraded camping experience to those who prefer to maintain basic luxuries, such as an en-suite bathroom and private fridge.

Cabins
Our cabins offer fantastic proximity to the eastern side of Cape Leveque, close to the swimming beach, snorkelling reef, boardwalk and café.
Our Ensuite cabins sleep up to 5 people, perfect for larger families and those who would like to maintain higher levels of privacy and comfort than traditional camping can provide.
Our Log Cabins (sleeping 4) are a cosy & comfortable no-frills option. Each Log Cabin shares one outdoor bathroom between two.

Mini Safari Tent
Great for the budget conscious these mini safari tents offer comfortable bedding, a fan and small deck. Shared amenities with the campground. The mini safari tents have double and twin bedding options.

Beach Shelter
Three sided palm frond shelters with a fresh water shower, picnic table and a fire pit. Choose from the premium beach shelters with view of the beach and access for camper trailers, or the family beach shelters with easy access to the beach (some family beach shelter sites are not suitable for camper trailers).

Camping
Powered and unpowered camping sites are located within the main campground area and have access to a camp kitchen, shared pergolas and amenities.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or amendments for individual bookings must be made 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date or the Guest/booking agent will be responsible for payment of any accommodation booked and not onsold. A 10% administration fee applies to any booking cancelled within 30 days where resold.
