Sobrane is a street artist who is making waves around the world. Her work adorns the walls of myriad far flung locations from Port Hedland to Soriano (Italy). Sobrane draws inspiration from her dusty North West Australian tropical paradise home of Broome. The birdlife of her surrounding country is vibrant and spectacular, characteristics that she translates immediately onto materials such as canvas and tin.
Visit Sobrane's gallery, housed in one of Broome's oldest buildings, Captain Gregory's House. With few alterations since it's construction in the early 1900's, see how one of Broome's pearling masters lived as you wander around the gallery.
Gallery Sobrane is next to Matso's Broome Brewery where you will find her prints, cards, cushions, totes, doonas, satchel bags, backpacks for sale and you may even find Sobrane's painting one of her original art works.
