Meet Clinton, the Storyteller of his Country
While his ancestors communicated with engraved motifs on the Burrup Peninsula’s ancient rocks more than 50,000 years ago, Clinton takes a more modern approach to sharing his culture with the world.
Clinton has spent his whole life learning the traditional ways of the Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi people, but he seamlessly merges the ancient with the modern by bringing the lush oases and gorges of Millstream National Park, the sheltered beach of Hearson Cove and the Pilbara’s prettiest cultural spots to Instagram.
While his stunning landscape photos have earned him a legion of social media fans, he gains greater pleasure from welcoming visitors to the world’s largest outdoor art gallery in Murujuga National Park.
The Burrup Peninsula’s rock art is believed to be the highest concentration in the world with more than 1 million pieces. Incredibly the site dates back to before the Ice Age ended and Clinton’s captivating commentary takes you to a Pilbara you will never forget.
