Nestled at the foot of the Emmanuel Ranges and just a short drive off Great Northern Highway, the campground has a Gooniyandi name “Jarlarloo Riwi”; Jarlarloo meaning Coolamon tree and Riwi meaning camp.
For the Mimbi campground advance bookings (more than 24 hours) are not required. Please book as you arrive in Fitzroy Crossing at the Fitzroy Crossing Visitor Centre or at the Halls Creek Visitor Centre.
